Lots of room for everything

Had this delivered just over a week ago and so far we love everything about it. There are a couple of things that we are not crazy about like the taste of the water still has a chlorine taste. I did call LG about that and they are sending a new water filter they think that one might be a bad one. Really hope that that will clear up the taste. Also we miss the butter compartment and container for eggs. But over all we are very happy with it.

Nice size fridge. Would be nice if shelving could be adjusted a bit more as we had to take out a shelf to get things to fit vs being able to adjust a little bit higher or lower.

GREAT REFRIGERATOR-UNBELIEVABLE STORAGE AND VALUE

This is a MASSIVE REFRIGERATOR I have had this unit since this past April. I have never been disappointed by this unit. The ice maker is in the freezers top section allowing for more storage in the doors. Both doors can hold FOUR GALLONS of milk or juices. The control panel and water dispenser are on the inside of the unit. Again this allows for more storage space. Also the unit can have many functions controlled with your mobile phone using the LG Thinq app. The only thing that I have a this unit that small issue with is where the power cord is located. It comes out of the unit at the top of the fridge over the left door and runs along the top to the right side then to the back of the unit. I find this an odd design. Other than that. This refrigerator is an AMAZING value. I highly recommend this model

Prepare to purchase some Ice Trays

I had read reviews on this unit and saw complaints of the icemaker being very slow. However I saw that there was an Ice Plus button that could be activated that would increase ice production for 24 hours. I figured these people just did not know about this feature. Well... Maybe I was wrong about that because this icemaker is EXTREMELY slow and the Ice Plus feature has minimal effect on production. It is a shame to make such a large purchase only to have to go out and purchase old fashioned ice trays that I empty into the ice bin. With four additional ice trays I have plenty of ice. Bottom line this ice maker cannot keep up with a family of three. The other problem is the lack of shelf adjustment which was also in past reviews but I simply removed the top shelf on the right side and can now store some taller items on the shelf instead of the door. The unit has a VERY large capacity which is due to having the water dispenser on the inside of the unit. However the dispensed water could be colder.

2 months old and compressor has already failed

I have had this refrigerator for 2 months and the compressor has failed...Spoiled all of my food. Have complained to LG...they have assigned it to a local tech to repair but declined my request to either replace refrigerator or get my money back. Now waiting to get a 2 month old expensive and dead refrigerator repaired in the middle of the summer. Now Im out for spoiled food family of 4 + cost of having to eat out and a smaller fridge I went out and bought to store at least a few essentials....After checking with LG earlier in what sounded like a very chaotic overseas call center from all the background noise/commotion no indication as to when the parts/repair will be scheduled. And yes I even tried to resolve through my retailer Home Depot but they wont list a finger since it is out of the 48 hr return policy they have instituted for large appliances....They will only point me back to LG. So in terms of a review POOR all around pretty much sums it up....

Huge interior but drawbacks too

Arrived with the 2 French doors uneven. Installers said its a common problem. Ended up with a small amount off of the fridge. Huge which is awesome BUT cannot adjust the shelves much at all. Tall items will ONLY fit on the doors. Took almost 48 hrs to cool down once turned on. Print-proof? HAHAHAHAHAHAHA. NOPE. Icemaker works but is shockingly slow. Overall does what its supposed to do.

Large and easy access

Wonderful unit large holds everything required by a family. Out side of the fact that it was damaged when it was installed. Took over a month to get a vegetable drawer replace. LG is not good with replacing things could not find the correct drawer even with photos. Was very happy after receiving correct drawer. I did not recieve this product for and honest opinion I purchased it on sale at Best Buy.

Great space in side the refrigerator makes it easy to see everything. See through drawer fronts make for convenient viewing of items inside drawers without opening drawers. Very spacious uncrowded frig shelves and door shelves. Right side refrigerator door doesnt fit well. Door sticks out at the bottom left corner does not sit flush with left side refrigerator door. I was told by technician it could not be adjusted and if I returned it the next one could be worse. So Ill live with it.

I bought this a few weeks ago and can not stop smiling It is everything I wanted and more in a fridge. Wide shelves to hold large pizza boxes without tilting them sideways to store Large drawers for storing meats and cheeses produce and anything else you want to keep separate. Should have purchased this fridge sooner it would of saved so much energy trying to find space.

This 31.7 Cubit ft. refrigerator has the capacity I was looking for and works great. Getting it in the door was a bit of a challenge due to its larger size. However those who delivered it did a great job of getting it into place and it works great.

I bought this a month ago and we love it. Works great and keeps all the food at the same temperature no matter what shelf or draw its at. Love the amount of room in the freezer draw and the fridge has so much room. Water dispenser is great and taste great. The ice maker is great and fast. So glad we purchased it. Hope it holds up like our last fridge that was 24 years old with no problems.
